Guides are still available even though the site is for sale. These SAP guides were previously available free on the
web. Read some of the feedback
that I received on the contents during that period. There are costs involved in maintaining this site, therefore a small charge
is now being levied for some of the guides. If you wish to make a contribution in thanks for the
information that has been freely provided, please choose one of the 'Thank You'
options. Prices are in US $. For approximate currency
conversions you could use the Yahoo

Payment is currently via the 'Paypal' payment mechanism. They accept
credit card payments. Click on the Paypal logo for more information.
Read the reviews linked from the Paypal site. So far it appears to be an
excellent method for exchanging small payments. If you are not
already a Paypal member, and you are not US-based, then this will cost an additional US$1.95.
This is because Paypal requires international accounts to be linked to a credit
card. To add a credit card they charge a once-off confirmation fee to the
credit card to validate the account.
Paypal
supports many countries. For those living
in
excluded countries, I am prepared to consider proven donations to charities of
my choice as a form of payment. Please see the "Pay
to Charity" option.
If anyone has had negative experiences with PayPal, please tell me. I am interested in the progress of what seems to be an
excellent payment mechanism for small enterprises.
Delivery
When the PayPal payment has been processed, your browser should display a
thanks or download page. If you have purchased a guide, you will then be
able to download that guide either from that page or from an email sent to you
with the download link. The guides are "zipped".
If you experience any problems in receiving the guides, please contact me
directly. I will email the guides to you as soon as I can. This is usually within a day.
Use a 'request read receipt' option on your email to me if you can, so
you know whether I received the email. There are occasionally periods
when I am unable to access my email daily. Please note that I have
arranged to be able to email the guides to you even when I am
travelling.
Refunds
If it takes more than 4 days to respond to your order, I will refund the
payment and still send the guides to you.
